Sauron's speech to Eönwë. Ok, this will be difficult to describe in english, so..
This is the situation after War of Wrath. It is said that before Eönwë, Sauron had a will to improve and turn to the right side. But when Eönwë could not give him a mercy alone and said he would take Sauron to Valar, he run away.
I wanted to draw Sauron in psychical troubles. He wants to be a better being, but Melkor's (Morgoth's) shaddow still lies on his mind and he can't get rid of him. So he has no chance...(Poor Sauron) :-D
In my opinion this short part of the Silmarillion is interesting.
Sorry for anatomical mistakes. It's watercolour on A3 paper and A3 is too big for me.
So that's Eönwë on the left, Sauron kneeling and Morgoth as the shaddow.

The shadow of Morgoth seemed to be always present in his life. After all, he became the shadow of his former Master and joined him in the Void. He looks so poor here, so close to the redemption but rejected it after all.
